Try - For the first week of the month I will try to avoid all non-essential tech
Reflect - On the 8th day of each month I will complete a short anonymous survey
Partner - I will donate to StoryConnect quarterly for my own buy-in and to fuel the tribe

For the first couple of months you might be anxious. That's a part of the process. Overtime, you will look forward to the week for freedom.
You will gain confidence, clarity, and start extending your wise habits into the rest of the month.
You will remember and long for a time when tech wasn't so infused to our society.
You will notice at a deeper level the "spell" most others are under.
You will enjoy choosing activities that 99.9% of humanity used to enjoy.
You will consume more tech wise content and resources.
You will be and feel a part of a wise rebellious tribe that is fighting for freedom.
