Transforming Where You Live
in Your Heart, Home, Neighbors, Community, and Country
A region is already a "meta-network", a network-of-networks. We help reveal and interconnect these networks for regional transformation.
Many times these regions are cities, but they can also be states, even nations.
We focus on both the worms-eye-view (individual) and the birds-eye-view (regions) for regions to heal and grow together. Transformation is only possible when all layers are a part of the strategy.
Locally, we practice this network craft through our city-network, Unify Dayton.
We do this in connection with the statewide network, Ohio Good Community Network, and the national network the City Leaders Collective.
1
Every level of transformation occurs at the individual level. A person's heart, healing, and trajectory is what leads to maturing homes and communities.
2
The goal of thriving homes, where kids are being raised by healing and loving parents. When homes aren't healthy, the extended family of traditional, organic, or paid for services must step in to actively and appropriately love, serve, and support the family.
3
The most proximate relationships are the ones who could have some of the most influence if we learn how to appropriately knit together support.
4
Interconnecting a network-of-networks for mutual support allows us to steward the complexity of connections needed for resources to flow.
5
Our nation is also a meta-network. Every resource nationally can drop into a locality if we find the right asset. Tapping into national resources allows the stories, structures, and support to bring flourishing into our communities.
